Do you allow for net 30 payment for online orders?

Customer Pick-Up
When can I pick up my order?

Our warehouse is open from Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST. Please call to confirm your pick up time. Please allow 2 hours after placement of order for customer pickup.

Customer Pickup orders not picked up within 72 hours will be returned to stock. Your order will be cancelled and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee / 20% restocking fee applies to all janitorial products, mailing tubes and poly bags.




You MUST provide your Packaging Wholesalers Order Number to our
warehouse at time of pickup to be able to receive your order.

Easy Order
How do I use the easy order feature?
Easy order allows you add items to your shopping cart by simply entering in The Packaging Wholesalers model numbers from your catalog. Click "Go" and the product will be added to our shopping cart in the minimum order quantity amount.

Minimum Order
Do you have a minimum order?
There is NO minimum dollar amount to place an order.

Simply call our customer service specialists at 1-800-JIT-9121 between 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST.

Cancelling Orders
All orders must be cancelled in writing on your company letterhead. If the order has been pulled for shipment, you will be subject to a 15% restock fee / 20% restocking fee for all janitorial products, mailing tubes and poly bags.

PO Numbers
Can I include a purchase order number on my order?
Proceed to checkout once you have finished shopping. At the bottom of the Payment portion of the checkout process, insert your PO number in the PO number field.


Requesting a Sample
How do I request a sample?
All sample requests should be sent to samples@packagingwholesalers.com. Please include: The Packaging Wholesalers part number and description, shipping address. Samples that are cased and need to be requested from vendors do require a 3-5 day lead time. A majority of items that Packaging Wholesalers stocks can be sampled; some exceptions are single rolls of machine stretch film, pallet covers, Gaylord Boxes and Lids. The Packaging Wholesalers will not sample more than one of any item ; customers are restricted to three sample requests per week. If you require more than one sample per item , we request that you purchase the minimum of that item. In order to assist in covering costs related to samples: 1.) customer service placing order 2.) warehouse pulling order 3.) warehouse prepping order for shipment or CPU. A $3.50 handling fee per each item requested will be applied.

Returning Merchandise
How do I return merchandise?
Call 1-800-JIT-9121 to receive a return authorization number. Please return the merchandise within 30 days. Items purchased from The Packaging Wholesalers cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery, refunds for these items are not allowed after that time. No Exceptions. In addition, all returned items must be in unopened and arrive in unused condition to be accepted. All items returned to The Packaging Wholesalers must be clearly marked with the return authorization number provided to you by customer service. Items returned without a return authorization number will be denied for refund. No Exceptions. Please do not write on the items being returned as this will result in denial of refund as the item will become unsellable.

Note: There is a 15% restocking fee along with all applicable freight charges / 20% restocking fee for all janitorial products, mailing tubes and poly bags.

Shortage or Damaged Merchandise and Lost in Transit Orders
All claims for shortages or damaged material must be made within 24 hours of delivery. No Exceptions. All shipments to be claimed as damaged , must be signed for as Damaged Product. No Exceptions. Customers requesting replacement orders for damaged or lost in transit orders may be responsible for the original order and the replacement order should a claim be denied by the carrier and/or the original shipment is delivered  All customers that choose to ship products from The Packaging Wholesalers utilizing their own Common Carrier Account are responsible to contact their respective carriers in order to file for damage or shortage claims. The Packaging Wholesalers is not responsible for any damage or shortage claims when products are not shipped on a The Packaging Wholesalers Carrier Account. Customer specific Carrier Accounts will not provide information for 3rd parties to unauthorized personnel.

In order to qualify for free shipping your order must meet a minimum value of $1000 / local $399.  All orders not included in local delivery area are shipped via common carrier, UPS or Fedex.


Local Shipping for Chicago-Milwaukee Area
In order for your order to qualify for Local Freight delivery, your delivery address must be within The Packaging Wholesalers Local Freight Delivery Area. Drop Shipments
Can I have an order drop-shipped to one of my customers?
Yes, you can have orders drop shipped to your customers by simply adding their address to your Ship To list on our website.

Please request UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next Day Air or Local Freight 1-2 Days. We will promptly take care of your needs.

Shipping Policy
What is your shipping policy?
The Packaging Wholesalers ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges.
Your order is shipped from the nearest Packaging Wholesalers location via Local Freight, UPS, FEDEX or Common Carrier.

UPS Shipping
How do I know if my order will ship UPS?
UPS or Local Freight will be used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you.

We encourage all of our customers to use The Packaging Wholesalers Freight shipping if they live in Chicagoland. Click here to see the Packaging Wholesalers Local Freight shipping area.

Shipping utilizing your own Carrier Account
The Packaging Wholesalers will allow you to ship orders utilizing your own Carrier Account ; The Packaging Wholesalers will charge a handling fee to process the order and prepare your Bill of Lading for shipment.
