JIT Packaging Trademarks new identity and will make name change in 2012 to......... The Packaging Wholesalers !

To our valued distributors:

I wanted to reach out personally and thank you for your business throughout 2011. Thanks to our Distributors, 2011 was a great year for us. As 2012 kicks in, we will be making an exciting change to our organization which I wanted to share with you firsthand.

Effective February 1 of this year, JIT Packaging will be changing its name. We will no longer be known as "JIT Packaging" but simply "The Packaging Wholesalers". The main reason we decided upon the change is because we have grown substantially of late, and The Packaging Wholesalers is more representative of what we do.

We were also being confused with other companies in the packaging industry. The JIT acronym has become common in the field and we learned our brand was wrongly associated with some front line distributors. As you know, we sell to distributors and not their customers. This is an important distinction in our minds and we are determined to rebrand to clarify this. We have received a US Trademark for JIT The Packaging Wholesalers which will provide us the separation we have been seeking.

We will continue to offer the very things that got us here - the best pricing possible, flexibility for your special requests, and the friendly customer service that you've always enjoyed. Over the course of the next few months you'll see the name and logo start to roll out on everything from invoices to letterhead. Most importantly you'll notice when you visit our website www.jitpackaging.com, you will automatically be redirected to our new website address which will include our new logo: www.packagingwholesalers.com. Please note that the same functionality will remain, and you will not need to make any changes.

CONFIDENTIALITY PLEDGE

The Packaging Wholesalers appreciates that each order it receives is an expression of trust that the packaging needs of its Distributors will be quickly and professionally satisfied. The Packaging Wholesalers understands and appreciates the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of each of its Distributor's order/customer information and pledges that it will hold such information in the strictest of confidence. In furtherance of this pledge, The Packaging Wholesalers and each of its employees have adopted the following code to insure the safekeeping of its Distributor's confidential information:

1. That The Packaging Wholesalers and its employees will not directly or indirectly disclose any of Distributor's customer data and/or trade secrets to any other person or entity without express permission of such Distributor.   

2. That The Packaging Wholesalers and its employees will not copy, duplicate, or remove from The Packaging Wholesalers' premises any of its Distributor's data, trade secrets, or any other materials or information, except as necessary in the course of handling such Distributor's orders.   

3. That neither, The Packaging Wholesalers , nor any of its employees, will use any of the Distributor's customers' data or trade secrets directly or indirectly for their own personal benefit, nor will The Packaging Wholesalers , or its employees use any of such data or trade secrets at any time in the future to: (i) compete; (ii) cause others to compete; or (iii) assist others to compete against Distributor.   

4. That except as necessary to carry out the orders and instructions of the Distributor, that neither The Packaging Wholesalers, nor any of its employees, will directly or indirectly, communicate or divulge to, or use for their own personal benefit or the benefit of any other person, firm, association, or corporation, information regarding the Distributor's operations, market structure, processes, data, programs, designs, inventions, techniques, marketing plans, strategies, forecasts, new products, systems, financial information, budgets, projections, licenses, prices, costs, and customer/supplier lists.
